In a report, you can easily refine your search to a specific geographical area by creating an Area of Interest (AOI). We'll go through the steps of how you can use the Free-form option to create your AOI.
There are 3 ways that you can create your AOI:
- You can click the DRAW button and create a shape directly on the map.
- If your site admin user has enabled it, you can click the X,Y button and create a shape using coordinates (DD, DDM, DMS, or UTM).
- If you have a polygon feature (eg. a park, property, or anything similar) you can first open the feature info for that polygon by clicking on it on the map, and then click the COPY POLYGON button to use the feature as your AOI for this report.
