Using the Quick Menu

The Quick Menu allows easy access to all of the features you need to get things done faster.

The Quick Menu is located on the left-hand side of your screen. Here, you can see the 100 most recent events that have occurred in your system. Using the Quick Menu, you can call, message, check-in on, locate, or create an alarm for any user, area, or device in your system. Simply search for the user, area, or device to which you'd like to direct the request, and select one of the options available.

Remember, if the user you are attempting to contact does not have a communication device (like a cell phone) registered to them, you will not be able to message or phone the user.

Helpful tip: clicking on any item in the Quick Menu will open that item’s details page in the right-hand Main Menu.
