Don't worry – it happens to all of us. If you or another user has forgotten your password, there are two methods of resetting it.
1. The 'Forgot Password' Method
To reset your password using this method, open the web app on any device and click 'forgot password' on the login screen.
Then, enter your email address in the space that's provided, and click 'reset password'. This will send you a password reset link to your email, which you can use to set your password to anything you'd like.
2. The Details Page Method
This method will only work if you (or your manager) are able to login to the web application. To reset your password using this method, open the web app on any device and open the details page for the user whose password you're resetting. Click on the 'Settings' tab, and scroll to the bottom where it says 'Account'. Click the button that says 'Reset Password Via Email'. This will send a password reset email, which the user can use to reset the password to whatever they'd like.
