The Lightship Works app helps you manage your projects, day-to-day tasks, and messages between you and your co-workers.

  • Organize your teams, messages, and tasks into a single place.
  • Track the progress of your projects based on the number of tasks within them and their level of urgency.
  • Follow your project's activity feed over time, including chat-style messages between users, document sharing and photo uploads.
  • Navigate to your project's geographic area of interest and view your custom Lightship Maps.


  • Manage your teams day-to-day tasks and assign tasks to people.
  • Filter tasks based on level of urgency, due date, and assignee.
  • Add checklists, photos, documents or locations to individual tasks. 
  • Seamlessly jump from managing your outstanding tasks to completing them, with embedded links that allow you to directly open associated forms in the Lightship Collect app.


  • Each project and task has a dedicated chat thread so you and your team will never lose track of what's said.
