How to Filter Tasks in Works

Filtering tasks in the Works app makes it easier to prioritize your to-do items while on a job. Tasks can be filtered alphabetically or by urgency, due date, assignee, and completion status.

To filter your "All Tasks" list:

1. Login to the Lightship Works app.

2. Tap the "All Tasks" tab. This will show you a list of all the tasks you are associated with.

3. Tap on the 'filter' icon found in the top-right corner of the task list.

4. Choose how you want to sort and order the list from the options provided. Tap "APPLY" to save your filter.

*You can also search for an assignee by tapping on the 'people' icon, found next to the 'filter' icon.

To filter the Tasks in a Project:

1. Login to the Lightship Works app.

2. Open a project from the project list by tapping on it.

3. Tap the "Tasks" tab. This will show you a list of all the tasks associated with this project.

4. Tap on the 'filter' icon found in the top-right corner of the task list.

5. Choose how you want to sort and order the list from the options provided. Tap "APPLY" to save your filter.
